You will also learn why it is so important to implement a pilot and how to justify the chosen solution to make it convincing and understandable for both production staff and management.
In this session you will learn how important it is to monitor the process and the changes made to it. You will also learn about the control and documentation plan in a project and its use after its completion, as well as what actions should be taken when closing a project.
