The issues raised in this section include effective and efficient information and communication techniques and organizational knowledge.
This lesson is all about ISO 9001 requirements for operational activities. You will discuss issues such as planning and supervision of operational activities, requirements for products and services, design and development of products and services, supervision of processes, services and products from external suppliers, production and delivery of services, and the release and supervision of incompatible outputs.
In this section, the subject of evaluation of the effectiveness of activities undertaken under the quality management system is discussed. You will gain knowledge regarding process efficiency, customer satisfaction, and production process stability.
This part of the course discusses the requirements included in the last chapter of ISO 9001: improvement of the organization. In this section you will learn what improvement is, and how to improve your organization in practice. Other issues raised in this section are non-compliance, corrective actions, management review, and monitoring of indicators.
