5S Method
This module presents the most popular concept of workplace organisation in the world. The 5S method is a pillar of the Lean Management concept.
Taking the 5S Method course you will learn about not 5, but 6 steps of the 5S system! You will get practical examples of how to use the method, and how to control the 5S system.
Additionally, you will learn about good practices developed by 5S area experts.
