
In this course you will learn why KAIZEN philosophy should be applied to a company’s strategy. You will learn the concept of continuous improvement, and find out what roles and responsibilities individual employees have in the improvement process.
Moreover, you will learn about the tasks of employees responsible for the improvement system in a company, and ways to measure the effectiveness of these tasks.

Lessons
In this session, we explain why a company’s strategy should be based on the KAIZEN philosophy. We also take a look at the concept of continuous improvement and the determinants of its success or failure in the organization.
This session is devoted to presenting the roles and responsibilities of employees in the area of ​​continuous improvement. While taking this session you will learn why employees are so important in the improvement process, the role of a leader/manager and what an operational employee is in the improvement process.
In this session you’ll learn where the tasks for employees responsible for the system of continuous improvement in the organization come from, and how to measure the effectiveness of these activities.
