APQP, PPAP
This course addresses the APQP methodology (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and the PPAP methodology (Production Part Approval Process).
After watching the lessons in this course, you will have knowledge of how APQP and PPAP can be used in your organization. You will also learn what results you can expect from implementing APQP when starting new production and making major technological changes to processes.
Additionally, you will get to know the 5 basic phases of the APQP methodology and what actions you should perform in each phase.
The second part of this course is dedicated to discussing the PPAP methodology used in the automotive industry based on the QS-9000 quality standard. You will learn the 18 element PPAP procedure to ensure the expected level of quality and quantity of the parts delivered to your suppliers.
