Key Performance Indicators - KPI
This training module discusses Key Performance Indicators - KPIs. You will learn what KPIs are, as well as how to determine, monitor and manage them.
You will also learn about the Wildly Important Goal tool, which is very useful in managing indicators. Moreover you will get to know KOSU, which indicates what the actual labour productivity of a given workstation, manufacturing cell or production line is.
As management expert Peter Drucker says: "You can’t manage what you can’t measure."
