System Management

In this lesson, we will make a short introduction to the System Management. The trainer will then discuss what a Standardisation Committee is and what results from its work - management system standards. After this, you will learn what systems are most frequently implemented and what are the benefits resulting from their implementation. We will also talk about system certification!

After watching this lesson, you will learn why there is a high number of nonconformances on audits related to misunderstandings of the standard and their concepts. You will also gain an understanding of how to interpret requirements related to concepts such as top management, configuration authority, stakeholders, traceability, nonconformance, preventive action, corrective action, correction, audit, and more.

In this session you will learn what management principles are and how to understand them. You will get the knowledge of each of the management principles.

In this lesson you will become familiar with the risk management concept and two approaches to risk - traditional and modern. This lesson will provide you with knowledge about elements that are comprised of risk analysis in standardised management systems.

This lesson will start with a quick reminder of the most important issues discussed in the first part of the lesson about risk analysis. You will become familiar with the subsequent steps of risk analysis, i.e. risk evaluation, risk treatment and monitoring and review.
