Working Time Standardization

In this session you will learn what it is like to normalize working time and why it is worthwhile to do so. The Trainer will guide you through the lesson, covering topics such as: methods of measuring working time, such as chronometry, daily photography and the method of snapshot survey.

This session is devoted to the methods of snapshot observations. It covers the types of snapshot measurements and the technical requirements that must be met for the correct application of these methods. 

The section is devoted to elementary normative systems: Work Factor, MTM and BMP. You will also learn about standardization according to operational test methods, their application, and techniques such as CPM, queue theory, linear programming and the stimulation method.
