5S Method

The 5S simulation game consists of 4 stages which correspond to the main steps of the 5S methodology. The participants’ task is to go through individual stages of the simulation: Sorting, Systematics, Cleaning, and Standardization. By simple means, participants in the simulation experience the impact of the 5S method on the speed and ease of the tasks. The simulation should be preceded by a short training course introducing participants to the 5S method and its individual steps.
