02Failure Mode and Effect Analysis - FMEA
This training module is devoted to discussing a method of analysing the types and effects of possible errors - Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The lessons in this course will provide you with knowledge about the steps, assumptions and types of FMEA.
Two of the types, namely PFMEA and DFMEA will be discussed in detail in the second episode.
The new automotive standard that defines the FMEA-related approach is also discussed. You will focus mainly on proper preparation for conducting the analysis (with help of 5T methodology) nad learn the differences in conducting the analysis - in comparison with the old version of the FMEA approach.

This course is dedicated to advanced problem solving tools.The first part of the course is about Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC) - the system to respond effectively to problems. In this section you will learn 6 rules of the QRQC and structure of the QRQC system.
The second part of the course is devoted to the 8D method. This method allows you to solve problems in an orderly and logical way by using eight steps in the appropriate sequence.
You will also get to know the A3 method, which is used for the continuous process improvement and employees development.

09APQP, PPAP
This course addresses the APQP methodology (Advanced Product Quality Planning), and the PPAP methodology (Production Part Approval Process).
