The package consists of 8 courses on quality and food safety. After watching them, you will learn about the requirements of ISO 9001 and HACCP and how to meet them. In addition, you will learn about issues from the food industry such as: Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Hygienic Practice, Food Safety, Food Defence and Food Fraud.
Additionally, the course is enriched with courses that will help you learn about problem solving, Statistical Process Control and Measurement Systems Analysis tools that will help you manage food safety in your organization in practice.
